The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Online Course presented by PhysioCuration (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).  Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By enrolling in the Course and visiting and using the Course Site (the “Site”) you agree that your use of our Site, participation in our Course, and use of Course Materials is governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other disclaimers or notices which we may include on our Site or in our communications with you.

1. Course Details & Participation

PhysioCuration: Master Your Pelvic Floor ('Course') is an online educational program offered by PhysioCuration ('Company'). The Course includes access to video modules and supplemental written materials. Participants may access the Course at their own pace.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enroll.

2. Course Content

All Course Materials provided are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without the express written consent of the Company. User names and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties.

The Course content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Course Materials.

The Company may terminate access for violations of these Terms, but such termination will not waive any rights to refunds required by applicable law.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

Participants agree not to infringe upon the Company's intellectual property rights or disclose proprietary information.

Personal information collected during enrollment and course participation will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Confidentiality obligations shall not restrict lawful communications such as providing consumer reviews or feedback.

4. Fees

A one-time payment must be made prior to accessing the Course.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate payment or technical access failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Course materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the Course.

6. License & Use Terms

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course Materials for two (2) years from purchase.

Updates or revisions to Course Materials made during the license period will be available without additional charge. Updates after the license term may require re-purchase.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with New Jersey law.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator seated in New Jersey. Each party shall bear its own costs.

8. Additional Legal Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. We may modify these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect (Severability clause).
