This transformative course is taught by Dr. Sneha Gazi, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a special focus on orthopedics & pelvic health. Dr. Gazi is a licensed Physical Therapist who has had the privilege of helping over a thousand people transition from dysfunction to optimal function. She has worked 1:1 with patients, conducted intra-vaginal and intra-rectal pelvic floor assessments combined with extensive orthopedic exams. Her practice is based in New York City, and her extensive experience treating diverse populations—from pre-teens with stress incontinence to highly-successful CEOs with abdominal pain—is combined with the latest research in pelvic health.
Crucially, Dr. Gazi wrote this course from a unique perspective: as a doctor and also from her own angle as a patient, with empathy. Having personally navigated challenges like urinary incontinence (literally peeing her pants as an adult) and a spinal stress fracture, she provides both doctoral training and personal insight, resulting in an experience that is truly nothing else like it out there. The course focuses on providing the essentials in an easily digestible manner, empowering you with knowledge.
A core message of this course is that "it is NEVER normal to pee your pants," whether you have male anatomy or are a mother of five. Society often normalizes huge quality-of-life problems like urinary incontinence or pelvic pain, which are unfairly under-recognized. These issues can significantly impact relationships or cause people to avoid exercise.
This course is essential because it debunks those misconceptions and confirms that real solutions are within reach. You will learn that pelvic floor dysfunctions are complex and multifactorial, meaning they stem from more than just simple muscle weakness, and addressing them requires a comprehensive approach. By understanding the truth, you gain empowerment and the certainty that you can take control of your well-being. Furthermore, even if you currently have no dysfunction, Dr. Gazi emphasizes that "maintenance" of the pelvic floor, that you will learn in the course, can be a game-changer in preventing pelvic floor dysfunction, much like getting regular dental checkups.
You will receive a "Total-Body Revamp" centered on practical, functional strategies to integrate your deep core muscles. The course moves beyond basic Kegel instructions—which are often incorrectly prescribed and are not the only thing your pelvic floor can do—and teaches you how to master the full, 3D range of motion using visualization tools. Dr. Gazi has perfected these tools after treating hundreds of different body types and learning styles.
Most uniquely, you will learn Dr. Gazi’s proprietary "Formula". This super cool framework is designed to help you consciously integrate all four muscles of the "Core Unit"—the pelvic floor, diaphragm, transverse abdominis (TA), and multifidi—with breathing patterns during foundational and everyday exercises. You will also learn practical hands-on methods to physically "find" your pelvic floor and other core muscles, ensuring you can build internal awareness that is key to making actionable progress.
EVERYONE!
Everyone has a pelvic floor and everyone should learn how to use it to optimize their body and, subsequently, their life. Because this area of the body is so under-recognized and under-treated, most people go years without learning how the pelvic floor works and how important it is in every day function. For people who do not have pain or symptoms like urinary leakage and painful with intercourse, this course will help PREVENT these situations from happening. For people with symptoms, this will help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the pelvic floor, but is not a replacement for treatment.
This course is ideal for anyone looking to improve their pelvic floor & core understanding and enhance their body awareness. It offers practical tools for integrating pelvic health into daily life.
The short answer is no.
The long answer: The Course content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider 1:1 regarding any medical condition. Pelvic health concerns are multifactorial and frequently require an inter-disciplinary team to navigate.
