About Dr. Sneha Gazi

I am a passionate physical therapist and the founder of Sneha Physical Therapy. As a professional dancer and certified yoga teacher, I combine my love for movement with my expertise in physical therapy to help individuals alleviate pain and enhance function. I offer personalized care at my NYC office, through telehealth, and in-home visits.

I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a B.A. in Honors Psychology from NYU. My specialties include Pelvic Health, Performing Arts, and TMJ, with a focus on supporting birthing parents with pre and postpartum challenges. I integrate both eastern and western pain science into my treatments, utilizing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Community service is a core value of mine. I founded the non-profit Physical Therapy International Foundation, which provides free PT services globally. I also host the "Fit As A Fiddle" podcast and serve as a medical advisor for start-ups. My insights have been featured in publications like Vogue, and I've shared my expertise on over a dozen podcasts focusing on pelvic health. As a faculty member of the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, I teach courses in pelvic health and beyond to healthcare professionals.

My greatest goal is to make pelvic health education accessible and available to everyone, especially young people. I envision a world with less shame and more empowerment around this vital area. Healing begins with knowledge, and I strive to empower individuals to take charge of their health, navigating beyond the often-flawed medical systems.
